Mindset Monday - Stay Woke
Share
It is easier for us than ever to be distracted by outside life, caught up in "stuff" and not being present (woke) in what is going on around us.
Consciously carving out "quiet times" or silence times with no technology disruption is of essence for our life to expand and grow, and fine tune our mindfulness. I believe gratitude is where authenticity and mindfulness meet. Mindfulness begins from within, from deep knowing and clear focus, which is cultivated in silence.
My friend Rula choose to experience 1o day silent meditation... in this blog she shares lessons learned from this experience.
