Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:

The journal must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please email us at Hello@LetSoul.com to initiate a return. We'll provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.
Please note: items marked as final sale or purchased with a deep discount are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned journal, we’ll notify you by email of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.Â
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for journals that arrive damaged or defective. Please reach out to Hello@LetSoul.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Gifts
If you received a LetSoul journal as a gift and need to return it, we’ll issue you a LetSoul store credit once the item is received and approved for return.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
