The Art of Gratitude

 


Gratitude is practice.  It is a conscious effort on behalf of individual to seek and identify and be aware of all the "good" in our lives.  I recently coined a term " gratitude - the 6th vital sign" as firmly believe gratitude practice not only in individual life, but in the lives of companies and business is of essence to creating healthier workforce and society.
